L.J.S. Foreclosure Clean-Out Services, LLC. offers the following services to assist agents and banks in properly preparing a home for a quick and efficient transition back onto the housing market:

2.) Exterior trash removal
3.) Interior sales clean
4.) Initial & residual exterior lawn cut
5.) Lock change outs
Additional services based upon an additional advance notice:
1.) Interior drywall and flooring repairs
2.) Window and door replacements
3.) Removal of larger exterior structures (above ground pools, sheds, swing-sets, etc.)
All bids are submitted and completed in a timely manner. All bids are submitted via email with initial “before” pictures; “after” pictures are submitted with a final bill.
